Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, order processing and shipment may experience delays of a few additional days. We kindly ask that you allow extra transit time for your delivery. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you by email or telephone.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following shipping option:
Standard Insured Shipping: 7–15 business days
International Shipping
Shipping fees for international orders are also calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s).
Tracking information typically becomes active within 2–3 days after dispatch.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Our company is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or other charges applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping, including customs duties and taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Damages
We are not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend keeping all packaging materials and damaged items before submitting your claim.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or BFPO Addresses
We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and BFPO locations.
Please note that deliveries to these addresses may require additional transit time.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Upon request, we will provide delivery confirmation details, including tracking information, delivery date, and carrier details, to assist you in contacting the shipping provider.
